Very satisfied with the F2400! It’s easy to use and it has fast charging!

This is already the second Fossibot power station in our family, purchased after realizing that not everyone enjoys carrying the 43 kg F3600 Pro up the stairs.
Overall, this is like a “half version” of the F3600 Pro, and it has proven itself really well.
Pros: waterproof ports, quiet operation, built-in cable compartment.
Cons: no capacity expansion (although technically you can connect any 12V or 24V battery via XT60).
By the way, this is the updated revision from autumn 2024 with Wi-Fi and the same remote management and monitoring features as the larger model.
Fair price (the cheaper options I found turned out to be the old version without the wireless module) and fast shipping.

Everything works perfectly.

I recommend this power station and also the seller. Everything works perfectly. The seller is responsible, answers questions right away, and helps. Many thanks both to the company and to the seller Ihor.

Cons: None found.

Convenient and easy to use, with pretty good battery capacity (I connect my computer, fridge, boiler, plus sometimes lights or an extractor fan — it lasts at least 5 hours). Looks nice, too. Cool that it has different charging modes to help preserve the battery.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can the FOSSiBOT F2400 be used as an uninterruptible power supply (UPS)?

Yes, with a switchover time of just 10 ms, the F2400 can function as a UPS during power outages to keep your essential devices running without interruption.

When should I charge the FOSSiBOT F2400 if I'm not using it?

To extend the battery’s lifespan, we recommend recharging the unit when the battery level drops to around 20%. For long-term storage, recharge the battery at least once every three months.

How long does it take to fully charge the F2400 via AC power?

  • 1100W AC input: 2 hours
  • 900W AC input: 2 hours 40 minutes
  • 700W AC input: 3 hours 20 minutes
  • 500W AC input: 4 hours 30 minutes
  • 300W AC input: 7 hours

Does the F2400 support battery expansion?

No, the F2400 does not support connecting external batteries to expand capacity

Is the F2400 waterproof?

The F2400 provides basic water resistance for its DC and USB ports. Rubber covers are included to protect the ports from splashes and light rain. However, the unit is not IP68-rated — avoid exposing it to liquids.

Does the F2400 support app-based control?

Yes. Once connected through Bluetooth or WiFi, you can manage the F2400 remotely via the BrightEMS App.
Note: All F2400 units sold from October 2024 only support app monitoring and intelligent energy management.

How many solar panels can I connect to the F2400 at the same time?

It depends on the total voltage and wattage of your solar panels. The F2400 supports up to 500W and 50V input. For example, with 200W panels, you can connect two units.

How can I check if my appliances are compatible with the F2400?

Add up the total wattage of the devices you want to power. As long as the load does not exceed the F2400’s rated 2,400W, it should work. If power demand exceeds 2,400W, the unit lowers the voltage to stabilize the load. If voltage drops below 78V or total power goes beyond 4,600W, the F2400 will activate protection mode and shut down.

Can I mix solar panels of different wattages to charge the F2400?

No, you should always use solar panels with the same wattage and voltage. For example, a 100W panel usually has 12V, while a 200W panel typically has 18V. Combining them would cause higher voltage to flow back into the lower one, potentially damaging both the panels and the power station.

Can the built-in battery of the F2400 be replaced?

No. If the battery is faulty or no longer holds charge, please contact Fossibot Customer Service for support.

What steps should I follow when using the F2400 for the first time?

Upon receiving the unit, charge it to 100%. To turn it on, press and hold the main power button (top right) for 3 seconds. When plugging in devices, press the corresponding AC/DC/USB power button. If not in use, turn off the power outputs to prevent unnecessary battery drain.

Why does my F2400 shut down automatically?

To extend battery life and protect the device:

  • AC and DC outputs shut off after 8 hours of inactivity.
  • USB ports shut off after 5 minutes of inactivity.
  • When all outputs are off, the main power button shuts down after 5 minutes of no operation.

How long does it take to fully charge the F2400 using solar panels?

With 500W solar panels, the F2400 can be fully charged in about 4 hours.

What is the maximum charging input for the F2400?

The F2400 supports up to 1,100W input from a standard wall outlet and up to 500W from solar panels. When using AC and solar charging together, you can reach a maximum charging speed of 1,600W.
